You choose whether tenants see fees at checkout or you absorb them. Either way, the rate you see on your plan is the all-in rate for rent and other income invoices.
Deposit invoices only include Stripe’s processing cost. Dreamyhaus does not take a platform fee on security or pet deposits — those are held funds, not rent.
