3. Payment Processing and Stripe Integration

3.1 Payment Processing Services

Dreamyhaus integrates with Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") to provide payment processing services. Your use of payment features is subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

3.2 Stripe Services Agreement

IMPORTANT: By using Dreamyhaus's payment features, you also agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, which includes the Stripe Connected Account Agreement applicable to your region and business type.

The Stripe Services Agreement governs:

• Payment processing and settlement
• Chargeback handling
• PCI compliance requirements
• Account security and fraud prevention

3.3 Custom Account Requirements

If you use Dreamyhaus's payout features, you may be required to create a Stripe Custom connected account. This process includes identity verification and may require additional documentation as determined by Stripe.

3.4 Payout Terms

• Payouts are processed through Stripe's network
• Processing times vary by bank and region
• We may withhold payouts pending verification or dispute resolution
• You are responsible for providing accurate banking information

4. User Accounts and Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use Dreamyhaus, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Types

• Property Owners/Managers: Full access to property management features
• Tenants: Access to payment and communication features
• Service Providers: Limited access for maintenance and services

4.3 Verification Requirements

We may require identity verification for certain features, especially those involving financial transactions or sensitive property information.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when using Dreamyhaus. This includes property details, tenant information, and financial data.

5.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use Dreamyhaus in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. This includes but is not limited to fair housing laws, data protection regulations, and financial compliance requirements.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use Dreamyhaus for illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Upload malicious content or code
• Harass or abuse other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent activities

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Platform Fees

Dreamyhaus charges fees for certain services as outlined in our pricing documentation. Fees may include:

You retain ownership of content you upload to Dreamyhaus. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and process that content as necessary to provide our services.

9. Service Availability and Maintenance

9.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of Dreamyhaus but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience outages.

11.2 Financial Disclaimers

We are not a financial institution and do not provide financial advice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to their terms.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dreamyhaus, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Dreamyhaus or violation of these Terms.
